ZUMBA ZUMBA ZUMBA

Any of you ever done zumba before? Well I've been going since we moved to Ririe, and let me tell you it's quite the workout especially if you're coordinated enough to get all of the foot movements and the hand motions down. Anyway, I didn't think I really wanted to go it's been a super long day and I kinda just wanted to relax. But instead my friend Kristin called and talked me into going along with Mitch saying your going so that I would get out of his hair, so that he could get some of his homework done. Which makes me wonder if he even did it, he was in the same position as he was when I left. Back to zumba, who came up with it and who thought about choreographing it to hip hop and pop music, I'm pretty sure that I wasn't meant to dance and if I was I should have started long before now. Oh well makes me feel good and get to see some friendly faces. Hope everyone else is having success with their cardio workouts.

Let's start with the Couch and Move to the Break in!

Ok well I took that picture like I told you I would. It's really getting me excited to get me to move back to our own place so that we can use it for real and have it where we want it to be.
Anyway so excited about this couch it looks so much better than our old ones.

Alright on to the next piece of news, we were robbed a few weeks ago, we kept pretty quiet about it at the time so that people wouldn't be to worried and ask to many questions. Now it's out of our system we feel like we can share it without others being worried about it.  Alright here goes, I get a text from Mitch one afternoon, and it reads "we were broken into" I thought he was joking and responded with a very sarcastic "no way" after those initial texts it went further. Yes we were broken into and he'd been trying to get a hold of me for a few hours. Apparently while Mitch was at school and I was at work someone kicked in our door.

Mitch got home from school, walked up the back stairs and noticed that the door isn't closed. He walked in the door and looked around to see if anything big was missing and didn't see anything missing and goes into the bedroom to find that only one thing was missing. It was our plastic coke bottle bank that we had gotten on our honeymoon (of all things to have taken something we got on our honeymoon). He went back outside and called the police, long story shorter we had to get our door replaced along with an added deadbolt, we don't have a piggy bank, and the lights get left on whenever we leave the house.

Hopefully that will never happen again!

Starting Week 2

Well this is the start of week two at my internship. It's been going pretty good, I can't really complain, I'm really getting the hang of things and flying through those tax returns. The days go by really fast, they don't drag, and I learn something just about every day. The only downfall is that I work with a not so pleasant person, I attend school with him and he got caught distributing test bank questions to others in the department and almost got kicked out of school. The only reason he didn't was because he lied to the person who was in charge of the department. How stupid, why would you want to cheat your way through school, you don't learn anything and you wouldn't be able to actually practice because you really don't know what you are doing.

On another note we bought a couch over the weekend! Yay, I can't tell you how exciting it was to get a new couch. Well it's not really a new couch, haha kinda not. We bought it at the youth ranch and get this it had never been owned by anyone before. It had been dropped of by a furniture store that discontinued that model. It had only been there for less than one day. I'd take a pic but Mitch is sitting on it and he's not a fan of me taking pics. I'll post one later.

New Chapter

Just thought I'd update everyone on what's been going on lately. I just started my internship today, it was quite the experience. I've never started a job where I showed up and they handed me a pile of paper work and said get to it, and I'm not just talking about new employee paperwork. I'm talking about here's the information get started, no instructions or new employee orientation or anything just go. It was a little bit daunting but I got through it and did 2 I say two tax returns and worked on another 2. I hope I'm figuring it out. Let's see what else has been going on well about 3 weeks ago someone broke into our house, for anyone who didn't know we are living in Mitch's grandparents house. It was quite the experience to have someone break down your door and go through your things and take what they wanted without anyone being home to stop it. But we made out fine they only took our piggy bank, when they could have taken our tv or wii, no they just wanted money. Oh and one more bit of knowledge to share with you guys, I just got accepted to go to school during the summer so I will be finishing this July. BRING IT ON! And finally Mitch is taking classes right now and is doing good in his classes, he just took a test last Saturday and didn't think he did very good but I checked his score for him and he did better than any of his study group and better than he thought. He's so smart!!!

Starting Anew

Obviously it's been a while since I last updated so I thought I'd let everyone know what's been going on. So unless you didn't know I got married in April, to a great guy Mitch Johnson. He's the man of my dreams. Since we've been married we've been living in Shelley, Idaho. It wasn't exactly our dream place but it's a starting place. When we got married I quit my old job, thinking that I'd be able to find another one no problem, well to tell the truth it has been a problem. We've been married for 3 months and I still don't have a job. I'm not enjoying it be honest. I would much rather have a job than feel useless and bored almost every day. I guess it's teaching me something I'm not sure what. Since I'm jobless I spend my time cleaning, cooking, babysitting Mitch's nephew Conner, accomplishing various things around the house as well. Lets just say that I am very much looking forward to school starting in 2 months so that I will have something to do and feel productive. In September I'm sure I'll be singing a different tune but since this is my last year of school, it should be wonderful. Hopefully I'll update a little sooner than my last blog. Sorry to those who read who waited for so long.

school stinks!

Well lets be honest school is totally kicking my trash this semester it just seems like I can never get ahead and get everything done, it probably doesn't help that I'm taking to many upper level classes and not so many fun ones. I'm in an advanced writing business class and I absolutly hate it, I'm not a writer never have and I probably never will be one. Any I have to write a 15 page research paper and I feel like I am going to drown because of it. I really like my parenting class and my infant and toddler class which is funny because I'm not married and I don't have any children either, maybe I only like the classes because they don't require me to think to hard. Well this is the update for now hopefully this semester will get better and I'll get to update on something a little bit funner!

Soreness!!

So I'm taking a weight lifting class, for some reason I thought it would be fun. I was correct it is a lot of fun, all of the girls in my class are great and I have a good time, feel great about myself and have motivation to get myself to the gym in the morning. The one drawback from this class is that I work myself enough that I am sore most of the week. By the time my soreness starts going away I'm back in the gym making myself sore again. The main muscles that tend to be sore the most are my pecs which is so funny because I end up rubbing them which looks so funny because that muscle is right above well you know. Anyway living with four other girls it's always funny because they always look at me funny and respond with you went to class I see. Not only does it make me sore but it sometimes will cause me to walk funny from the soreness. I wish I could go to the gym and miss out on all of the bad repercusions. I don't think that there is a way to only gain from my actions and not pay for them. Which is to bad I think that if there was less pain involved I would probably go more often.
